took on the photo challenge of finding the color "spring green" in the fall months (she was easy to find and looks lovely paired with the color brown).

Catching this last bit before the time change this weekend. I will miss the golden hour after work which will instead be replaced with darkness. I hate this part of the time change (however I will enjoy the extra hour of sleep in the morning).

oh gosh i am getting so behind on posting.

this is my nature blog.

i'm not always taking nature images (gasp!).

i'm taking pictures of other "important stuff"...

a hen...

a "hen and chicks" plant. i had never heard of this name until someone made a comment on one of my photos. i love the name and i love this hen and her touches of pink.
