Fav 5 on 5 - 2014 March

Time for another round of our Favorite 5 photos on the 5th of each month. This time we look back at March. Remember to keep the photo circle going by clicking on the next photographer's link at the bottom of this post.

March seems to have been all about enjoying the new light and warmth of being outside. Daylight savings time started this month and our days were longer with more light. Spring also peeked her head out, reminding us that the cold (as "cold" as it gets in California) is about to be over with.
Blooms, light, quiet and a sense of hopefulness is what March left me with this year.

In order:
1. New plants in a row (above)
2. Sunset walks with daisies and high water pants (he's growing tooooo fast).
3. Started gardening again and made this pot with a variety of plants. This greets visitors at our entrance.
4. This one is about choices, go up or stay and take a seat for a while. Your choice. Either is good.
5. Family late night walks lead to long sunset shadows. Thank you daylight savings time.
